In order to see a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit and revival in Singapore, we hope to catalyze a prayer and worship movement in Singapore through HOP. As incense rises, we believe the spiritual atmosphere of this nation shifts and His glory falls.Įvery outpouring Holy Spirit, every revival in history happened because of unceasing prayers. Likewise we desire to see Singapore experiencing what the Antioch Church experienced in Acts 13.īased on the scriptures in Malachi 1:11, our unceasing prayers make known God’s power and greatness, our unceasing worship displays God’s worth and His majesty. There and then, a missions movement was birthed by the Holy Spirit. The birthing of the Antioch Church in Acts 13, was birthed through a place of prayer and worship where saints were ministering to the Lord together. In 1978, Singapore was prophecied to be the Antioch of Asia, a mission sending nation. Jesus is worthy of unceasing worship and prayer and Singapore is known as a city that never sleeps. To propel the Body of Christ in Singapore to fulfill her call as Antioch of Asia. To create an Acts 13, 24/7 environment of unceasing prayer and worship in the spirit of the tabernacle of David. We know you will be inspired by their lives. We are excited to have Rodney Henderson, Daniel Lim, Corey Russell, Marcus Meier, Josh Yeoh and many others from IHOP-KC and other Houses of Prayer around the world passing through Singapore. Hang out with us at our various sessions. There will be administrative and operational costs involved. Pledge a monthly amount to someone you know who might be called to prayer and worship. We will need hundreds of laid down lovers who will serve as musicians and prayer leaders. You can play a part in building the house: We recognize that there are other prayer initiatives and similar houses of prayer in Singapore. We hope to catalyze and fuel a movement of unceasing prayer and worship around the island and across the continent of Asia. The House of Prayer exists to serve the Body of Christ. Barnabas, Paul and the rest were ministering to the Lord in prayer and worship when the Holy Spirit said “Set apart for me…” It is in an environment of continual devotion that transformational movements are birthed. Much love from your church family at FBC Pasadena. Our Father has placed in the hearts of Jason, Robin and many others to build a 24/7 House of Prayer in Singapore and I count it an honor to stand with them. I believe the House of Prayer is an important component in our Antioch Call. Leslie oversaw the production while Harriet worked her technical magic to mix this special collaborative worship experience. Chip reminded us of upcoming opportunities to participate in our communal life here at FBCP and in our local neighborhood. Our other music makers this morning included Leslie, Astyn, Warren, Rick, Chris, David T. shared how our gifts to World Mission Offering are being used to further God’s work through global servants like him. Lindsay invited us into a time of generosity through our offering as Rich F. John Jay provided us with a teaching to feed our spirits and returned at the end to offer up the benediction. Lindsay and John Jay invited us to witness and join together with the Goodmans as they dedicated their children to God. Mary led us in a time of communal prayer. What a wonderful group of friends we had for this week’s liturgy service! Chip invited us into a communal practice of gratitude.
